SOD/Workplace/01 – Workplace Environment Statement of Direction: This statement of direction aims to increase the productivity of public servants, reduce costs, avoid productivity loss for transferred employees, create an attractive working environment, reduce information management overhead, increase collaboration and simplify systems administration.

SOD/ABC/01 – Automated Briefing and Correspondence Statement of Direction: This statement of direction aims to increase the Victorian Government’s productivity through the use of a common briefing and correspondence system combined with a consistent governance model, formats and processes. It also aims to improve quality and reduce the time it takes to administer and approve briefs and correspondence by digitising and automating the briefing process.
